Big Corporations need to be reined in. They are damaging the environment, destabilizing local communities while at the same time amassing wealth. They do just the minimum necessary to comply with CSR regulations. The Tatas are socially active but environmental concerns need to be treated with as much seriousness & put on the same plane as social causes. Only then will Indian organizations realize they have a moral responsibility towards the environment.
