All problems are with govt. sector, as it is organised and can take anyone at ransom. They enjoy maximum leaves, no businessman or common serviceman in private sector enjoys it, best medical facilities they enjoy comparing to common Indian, DA linked pension benefit for which we all are exploited. Still strike and strike with one reason or other.
Ban these strikes. They get salaries from tax payers not from govt. Deduct pay for absentism.. Common man (the tax payer)suffers on account of these....'salary taken for granted guys'
