MMS says that for that to happen the economy should grow at the rate of 12% ...at the present 5.2 % economy growth this will not happen...and MMS knows much more about economy and economics than modi shah and jaitley put together...

Form co operates for doubling the income of farmers. The co operates must be of the size of 10K acres and must look after all the aspects of a farmers life and after.

True. And eliminate middlemen ! Kerala did this in a significant way with cash crops and its farmers are relatively much better off than the national average farmer.
But 10 acres may be too small for the economies of scale to become beneficial.
The big question on the national scene is, Who will bell the cat ?
