Unions
by arungopal agarwal on Apr 04, 2018 05:10 PM

They all have ruined our economy, never fought for casuals and daily wage earners even in organised sector. Only seen the interest of permanent employees in terms of salary, perqs. and retiral.
They are actually management of these people, instead of truly representing labour.

Labour laws
by hayavadana rao on Apr 01, 2018 07:50 PM  | Hide replies

The main problem with Unions is the Unions try to dictate the management of the Companies. Till the employees ( some ) are made permanent, they behave and work to the satisfaction of the management. Once they are made permanent, then they will exhibit their true colours of disobedience, neglecting the works, and the muscle power. Over and above, the reservations and the privilege they get to lodge a FIR, makes the matter worse. Ultimately, the Companies prefer to close down the industry effecting all the employees because of very few employees. So, there should be laws which should give some kinds of relief for both the management and employees.

Really true story of each PSU at least. At least in all govt. jobs, no one should be guaranteed for a job more than 5 years at least at grass root level so that new blood is inducted, competition comes, and efficiency increases.

Working Class and their misery.
by on Mar 31, 2018 04:08 PM

BMS,affiliated to RSS speaking about the bleak scenario in the labour front due to govt.apathy, then it is a matter of concern for the country. Working class from farm sector, factory, office are the backbone of Indian economy and the real wealth producers for the country. If they are allowed to be at the mercy of the industrialists duly protected by the present political dispensation, country is going to face a grim labour situation. As things stand today, the political leadership is in the pockets of industrialist and they can do away with their liabilities under the magic word NPA and tax payers are made to do good of the losses. In the past, working class were the rightful claimants to to the part of wealth generated by the industrialists, but now the situation has reversed in favour of dominant political parties. Labour laws are formed without any say from the very segment whom it is meant for.
Particularly in unorganized sector, workers(male and Female) are made to work 12 hours and plus their commuting time.
We are discussing about the working class and the govt.policies, but it is amazing to note that some are talking about Kerala and communists irrelevantly. As far as my knowledge goes Indians are moving out for better opportunity and Kerala is no exception. But Keralites are educated, health conscious, well informed enjoy better quality life(by Indian standard). Now people from other parts of the country also seek jobs in Kerala, getting better salary and treatment.

BRITISH RULE WAS THE GOLDEN ERA IN THE INDIAN HISTORY!

BRITISH RULE WAS THE GOLDEN ERA IN THE INDIAN HISTORY!

1. British prevented India from becoming BarbarianIslamicRepublicOfIndia (BIRI) by ending forced conversions to Izzlam by crushing Moslem domination by 1800 and unifying over 550 princely states into a single entity.
2. British, by ending rule of Mozlems (who killed 600 mil & raped 600 mil HHIndus over 1200 yrs) liberated HHindus from 1200-yrs of subjugation and gave them religious freedom.
3. British built excellent dams, bridges, railways, roads, gave equitable Justice System, modern education system by opening many universities & colleges, etc which rapidly improved the living and intellectual standards of common people. British modern medical services reduced death rate, increased life-span.
4. English language helped India to become a tech & educational superpower in the world today, in spite of some shortcomings.
5. Indians were mired in ignorance, superstitions, casteism, etc. British rule considerably weakened the barbaric caste-system & superstitions, though remnants of the system remain.
6. Indians live in delusion—believing ancient Indian culture & knowledge were superior, literacy was 90% in 2000 BC, everyone was prosperous & living 300 yrs each, Indian economy 27% of world economy in 1700, etc. These are all lies invented by scoundrels to fool Indians. Before the British, Indians were living in pathetic conditions. INDIANS SHOULD DEVELOP PRAGMATIC & FORWARD-LOOKING ATTITU

R you high on some cheap weed ?
You are a prime example of british rule in India. They left creating a nation of diffident clerks who are made to feel inferior about themselves and their culture. Indian ideology has existed thousands of years before the british even discovered what culture was. Please get out of your inferiority complex and start respecting yourself.

Dear Piri, we can only feel sorry for you. Stop this north south distinction and think about the nation in its totality. I guess you also have a severe inferiority complex, or must have been humiliated by people because of your incompetance and stupidy, and hence you are throwing your venom around.

Mr Agarwal, this jobless , useless komaaaaaaaaaaali has absolutely no answer why the percentage of unemployment is very high in Kerala. He has no answer why the people of his state has to migrate to other states and gulf countries in absence of enough job opportunities in his state. He has no answer why the partyand ideology he blindly support is being rejected by the people of this country almost everywhere for years ? His party has only 16 seats in both the House of Parliament out ot total786 seats and still this useless komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali always point his dirty stinking fingers at others except the party he blindly support. He has only criticism for other parties , no suggestion or solution andnever a single word against misdeeds of the party he blindly support.

Commie Babu, better think about the party and ideology youfollow. They are being rejected by the people of this country almost everywhere. Sardar Patel has rightly said about them in1948 that if you want to build a nation, they should not have any place there.
