RBI has got rules and regulations and POWERS.what it is doing except simply giving cautionary advertisement? RBI is the slave to ruling party and allowing nationalised bank and its officials giving non returnable loans in terms of thousands of crores by getting commission where as the money belongs to common man which was deposited for intrest as low as 4 % which makes people to go for higher intrest. Further after seeing politicians become crorepatis by corruption in short against whom there is no action,people believes short cut is the best way. further can we tell is there any action to put the family of cheating financiers behind bars for a long time? such is the Judiciary capacity where money is also playing part.
Was in control before this govt.because of some social awareness, ethics, morals from older generation, and good values from various religions. Now, we have rulers who use religion for election powers, whose single agenda differs and contradicts our Constitution, and the nearly one party rule has already destroyed our values and happiness of life and it is not possible to hope for good unless and until the situation changes. Honesty etc. must now be replaced by PUNISHMENT for crime, offences, scams, rapes, murders, lies, false propaganda, and State/religion/party/gender/community parochialism which is for all to see.No amount of forced "nationalism" and twisted definition of patriotism can make us honest. Either PUNISHMENT or what USSR, China had/have i.e. some sort of revolution, which teaches discipline which brings forced honesty as well.
Electing an honest PM would not eliminate corruption and dishonesty from society. It needs a social movement, like that of independence movement, to purge dishonesty and make honest society again. The present state of affairs is due to greed and laziness, easy way, shortcuts and dreams for quick and large returns of large section of society.
Scams happen because we are a corrupt and dishonest people in India.
We only preach all noble things like truth, honesty, compassion and empathy. When it comes to putting them into action, we lurk at the bottom of the list.
Otherwise why AnnaSaheb Hazare, at his age would be sitting on fast ? if we were a good society, we would have unanimously elected him our Prime minister and people like him would be sitting in Parliament and Assemblies.

Fine. He will get good , honest, and capable bureaucrats to help him. There are lot of honest , intelligent ( but disheartened) and capable people in this country whose help he can always leverage.
Cut Pay to GovtMaadharChodhs (GMCs), Divert Money for Development
Nowadays many GovtMaadharChodhs (aka GMCs or Gov employees) get pensions over 30K / pm, a gov peon or junior asst gets salary Rs 35K / pm, gov teacher 50k, lecturer Rs 1.5 lak, professor Rs 2 lak, etc.
Govt is collecting taxes, like GST, Income Tax, etc from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector to pay exorbitant salaries to 3% GMCs. I appreciate Modi's initiatives on many fronts, but what all these tax collections are for… to pay salaries to GMCs, 90% of whom are good-for-nothing fellows?
In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 90% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.
GMC laggards, who eat up 10% GDP / yr, seldom work, but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. GMCs spend 80% time eating paan & spitting on walls, talking SexPoliticsAndNonsense, playing cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr, etc
Only defense people deserve good salaries and salaries of all GMCs must be reduced to market-average levels. Stop GMCs’ salary revisions in future and divert the money thus saved paying to improving primary education, family planning incentives, poor farmers who are often driven to commit suicide & spreading English language among poor SC, ST and others. PAYING HIGH SALARIES TO GMCs KILLS PATRIOTIC SPIRIT AMONG COMMON HARDWORKING POPULACE.
Knowing risk very well we do loan which we are well aware that they gong to NPA,as are we are corrupt by nature & for money we let out institutions to do scams. Basically we live in corrupt society & our aim to earn mony by hook or crook.
There are many reasons for scams including user gullibility and greed to make a fast buck, but let's not think we are exceptional. Scams happen everywhere in the world and we are just no better. Perhaps we pay too much attention to them instead of to positive things, and that's where we differ from the rest of the world.
