If the 50% hair cut offerred by Galva is accepted, then Indian banks should have accepted the RS 6000 cr offer by Mallya , instead of getting into endless International litigation. Instead the banks simply made it a political issue.

In the case of farmers and education loans, only these peoples have to cut off their head. Banks take hair cut only at the altar of looters.
