Black spot in any art can spoil that picture, when that spot is wrongly put. Same way, the politicians and some bad employees including Chairman/ Directors can spoil any good public organizations.

Truly said. Many bank employees use loopholes in the system to loot. One should thoroughly investigate whether MUDRA loans were given to qualified persons or as usual the bank personnel looted this one too.
