"likely to be tested in the court."To get tested is the law of nature.Even when one swims he is tested;even one walks on the road he is tested.Even the Karnataka Lokaydha head was attacked .No one would have thought that the culprit would have chosen that test for that head .Let us not be procrastinating in to be or not to be style. The culprits should be brought to book.It is a simple dictum. Those who prepare and do honestly and perform well pass the test.Dishonesty abounds in India .But Poission Distribution too is valid ,not just normal distribution. The success lies in finding the right man the right law enacting.R.Ponnambalam

But closing down of total business of Nirav and Chauksi is also not a wise step, why an administrator or a professional from private sector is not put up so as to keeping employment of people intact and have proper accounting of siphoning.
Demolition is very easy, difficult is to run in odd situation for social causes.

Why again from Private sector.Let it be so done by the the govt. itself. The so called private sector is sector of contract and commission. That is not to say that the Govt. sector is a paragon of virtues.Who dares to say that in this era of PNB Fraud . The Public sector industries were run with better discipline in the days gone by despite militant trade unionism R.Ponnambalam
