Corporate Social Responsibility - governments and bureaucracy are shifting their responsibility to corporates - what are they doing? Why are they trying to push corporates to work in areas where they have no competence? Also, are companies anti social? they provide jobs, provide products and pay taxes - why are you trying to make them feel guilty and say "you are not doing enough for society"? If you want money, tax them - do not push them into areas where they are not good at.
The report is an open secret. Even those who spend they spend less on the mission and more on the extablishment. It is possible to eradicate poverty in India in less than 10 years under CSR. I will practically prove if at least one company comes forward with just Rs.60 lakhs. Any takers?
