Erring doctors are referred to the medical council of india(MCI),likewise,in case of advocates only the Bar council takes action, so why should the CAs be subject to outside authority other than the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It is very demeaning to the profession and the body of Chartered Accountants of India. Strongly disagree with the concept, idea and proposed implementation of the NFRA concept. ICAI is the strictest professional body in the country.There is no need of dimiution of its authority
Do not agree with this decision, what these oldis know about commercial finance, accountancy and requirement of private sector. They have only ruined the country so far- Loss of PSUs are its examples.
