Harshad Mehta, Mallya, Nirav, Choksi ........ we will all forget this after 5 years and will be talking about a new fraudsters with lakhs of crores of rupees. Nothing will change. We common people earn money not only for our family, we earn for politicians, bureaucrats, govt. employees & frauds like these people.
We Indians are morally so low that we want to earn money in any way, this is the actual problem. Any short of rule will not serve the purpose when person sitting on post feel morally responsible for India. This has been seen during Note Bandi also, even RBI staff was catches doing wrong thing. Today no institution is working without taking money as bribery and when a officer or staff takes the bribery he is bound to do some wrong favour for the person who is giving bribery. This is actually issue of national pride and moral of Indians.

Bribery was started by politicians and now it has deep root in Indian system and proof you can see that by seeing the social status and living standard of politicians. they are making money doubled tripled in two to three years. now this is visible in their nomination forms easily or by some RTI information. full system is corrupt collectively. like this you help me I help you to come out if any enquiry is conducted. Our law is so loose that no body has fear of it. only some poor people is having fear of law because they can not bear the expenses. this makes all politician and govt. officers fear free. Because our court system is so slow that a person will go to natual death but will not get punishment from the court of law. you can see that rich people or people having support in government escape easily from their crime and if not they will linger on the issue with the help of some lawyer for 30 to 40 years till their death.
Good, former home secy has written explicitly. Privatisation of banks may be a hasty step. One reason is private banks are not that good; as has been seen in some scams and during demonetisation period. Second reason is the decision will be taken as political and will raise many eyebrows eventually..... and create controversy.... which may not solve the problem. More important is accoutability of officers, auditors and so on. When it is called as a systemic failure, nobody is responsible. (I doubt this systemic failure is escape route invented and established by scamsters). System has to be responsible, and so also the persons running the system. In recent PNB scam, officers sharing passwords, auditors are involved in the scam. They must be punished severly. Even their properties forfeited. Once such actions are started, people running the system may improve for good.

Mr. Godbole, belongs to the same breed of Bureaucracy, who resisted and continuously resisting the transparency in the system. 1992, Scam demanded the entire financial system to go 100% automation, without exceptions. Still, a lot is been working with Paper, We had TELGI, why the Institutions are working on Papers, School fee, Commercial Purchases, Taxes & Utilities, including PDS system, is working with PAPERS. Why why it is needed. Go paperless. The transactions go faster, at the speed of light and they are authentic, validated, encrypted and decrypted safe and secure. Most importantly these transactions will be secure and transparent without any room for ambiguity and hidden agenda

Actual scamsters of 1992 were never put to Jail, more over their names were washed out from the JPC on Security Scams. There were lot of Ministers involved who were saved and they scapped. HM was very much outspoken and publicity hunger and was make the scape Goat. Look the historical records. HM Got 526 Crores from UCO Bank. Mr Bhupendra Dalal Picked 1322 Crores, He got jail and fine of some 2 Lacs and no body knows that BD was also one of the accused in the 1992 SCAM. HM got famous as was Publicity hunger. However over 35000 Crore of PSU's Fund was guttered down to Security Market by then respective ministers of ONGC COAL AIRLINES PETROLEUM OMC's Fertilizers Railways

Is NPA Govt is sleeping during this four years period. No investigation, even they are not able to submit the charges properly in 2G scam. By that time tonnes of scams happened? Where we are? Who will save us?
