Government jobs should shrink, because of the fact that the bureaucracy from peon to the topmost sarkari babu are bloodsuckers who have no consideration for the common man. Jobs should be created in industry and that is where the present government has failed. The entrepreneur is scared to venture because of inspector raj. Bhrashtachar has increased. Instead of mere talk, the government should work on the ground level.
Creating the jobs vs losing the jobs - Govt. itself announced around 15 lakh jobs lost due to demonetisation in the Parliament. Let us hope in 2018-19 only.
