this conclusion should be arrived after thorough study. apart from the pilots, as per this column, even all the fliers are equally responsible. this is my opinion.

If you sack these pilots, who will fly these planes? Problem needs to be solved after understanding reason and how it will effect the organisation.
In India every one is making a fool of every one else. For that matter a VOA or Village Admin Officer makes 2 lakhs a month on the side.Every one is in the Govt is making money in Crors. What about the Politicians and the contractors? So why blame only the AI pilots?

This is the deep rooted malice in the system. This is a cancer which has spread to every section of the society, irrespective of the profile of the individual people. Only a very very small handful people dont follow it . Now when everything is going so nicely and if someone comes in the way to break it, that person becomes the culprit.This bitter habit is a legacy of the former govt , where everybody becomes a part of this vicious circle.So nobody points a finger at the other. Now when somebody is trying to break the nexus , that person is disliked . Somebody has to bell the cat , it is a long , thankless job , but i must admit that it has now come to light . Go after such rascals and make them pay the price for their scandalous behaviour.
