Let the Govt. provide rains to the millions of farmers now on agitation if El-Nino sets in early. They are so agitated to throw milk on the roads rather than on ord Shiva and now a befitting punishment for these crooks who spoiled milk and agricultural produce on the roads for better price, increase in support price, write-off of loans and Purchase by Govt. agencies of all varieties of produce if the prices are non-remunerative in the open market. Let the Govt. distribute that free to gain votes, as any how they will write off all Ag. loans.
