Surprisingly delayed action! Or is it a surprise at all ? The previous Board under Shri Sharma's stewardship had given her a clean chit. If she is found blameworthy now, will they take on Mr. Sharma and the then members of the Board? Why isn't there a Govt. inquiry? As for Mr. Justice Srikrishna, well, since when the judges started needing themsleves to be publically praised and promoted when they took up a inquiry job post retirement? And a Supreme Court Judge at that! How low can we fall? Is Mr. Justice Srikrishna really a good Judge? To be a good Judge one must be not only be unbiased and neutral but also appear to be so. Mr. Justice Srikrishna has alawys shown himself to be a hater of the saffron parties in general and Shiv Sena in particular. His inquiry report on Mumbai Riots in the early 90s was extremely biased and one sided to say the least. It was just what the people in power then wanted. Will such a Judge do justice to this scam case? - Wg Cdr Ravindra Parasnis (Retd)

Sabka saath sabka Vikas. With all due respects Judge Srikrishna will be raking in moola.By the time these finds are over, Kochad wuld be long forgotten.and mainly the money transfered to videocon also forgotten. The media would have raked in moola by the Breaking news . All is well
