what a logic.
airtel has always taken public for a ride. there will be delays for them that will cost them bad. but why did they not follow the rules when they knew it very well????
there were reports in the media some time back that airtel used to open accounts without even the knowledge of the customers. wan't that a criminal act and needs to be punished? its time that they follow basic rules of the game.
they fleeced customers till Reliance arrived on the scene. airtel got what they deserved.
