Indian government should clearly tell british government to follow the traty between two countries in letter and spirit and stop encouraging defaulters?accused from India to flee to their country which is considered by them as a safe place to avoid any arrest. Why cant they deport fugitives like Nadim of nadim Shravan, Lalit modi, Vijay mallaya without asking Indian government how they will trt them. Has britishers who ruled India for more thana century ever gave fair trial, justice and treatment to freedom fighters ? Britishers has absolutely no moral right to ask any one how they have to treat criminals in their country. This criminal will definitely get the right treatment they fully deserve when they return to India.

No doubt our judicial system could not create trust in common man, very lengthy, costly as well as non decisive on many issues, as judges are not accountable here, decisions of lower court are changed and on many matters genuinely, but judge is punished.
Regarding Mallya case, yes politicians, media and many influential people-judiciary is different. Politics can contest election who are corrupts and criminals, influential people can run away, no accountability for anyone. One sided papers are signed by the person who takes loan or want relief from system, so that no one in govt. is caught for the bribe taken by him or favor given to him.
