Can British judge decide how India treats its citizens? Why are they concerned for a fugitive crook? It seems British economy is dependent on stolen assets?

Vijay Mallaya is British Citizen for many years. British government take care of their citizens and are concerned how Mallaya will be treated during his sentence if he will be convicted for his offence icommitted in India.

Well, even if Mallya is a Brit citizen, he is a wanted criminal in India.

If Britain cares about respecting the legal processes of another country, it must not concern itself about jail conditions in India.

Just as in the case of the two Italian sailors who were jailed in Kerala for killing an Indian.

Chaitanya, The italian sailors who killed two inncocent and unarmed fishermen never went to Indian prisons. They were staying in the guest house. This prisoners were given extra ordinary facilities like allowed to visit Italy to enjoy Christmas with their family and to visit Italfor voting. One of the Marine never returned to India. UK has now become the shelter for fugitives like Lalit modi, Nirav modi, mallaya, Nadim of Nadim Shravan .

Great. The SHAMELESS crook will possibly return to the place; where he should be. Resolve of govt and efforts of concerned officials need appreciation. Hopefully, batras and shettys will not be active.

Great! progress seems to be in right direction. At least this cheat is feeling the heat now. He is being identified as crook around the world. Extradition will be a milestone. Journalists, celebrities, politicians on his roll will spare no effort to go after BJP Govt to disrupt the process
