With kind of "job creation" and "skilled and unskilled worker creation" that has been undertaken in our country since independence, it will be difficult to change the scenario for any government, Congress or BJP. We all know that job creation is a result of strong steadfast action in multiple areas. Unless some planned and sustained activity is done with a single minded focus, nothing is going to change. To complicate this further, the population increase will surely play its roll too. Until then we can write columns and columns about failed promises and flawed thinking just to belittle our political opponents. Actually the only "skilled" work we are good at is just that- political mudslinging!

And artfully lying about the failure, quoting flawed numbers from unauthorized agencies, inventing newer and more "favorable" ways of measuring GDP -- these are all desperate and pathetic attempts at salvaging something out of their bleak prospects in Elections 2019
Because the media continues its trepidation, accurate words and language are never used. " .. 10 mn.job claim is flawed" is totally misleading. The true expression should be "..the claim is false". Instead of giving out false information on all matters, the PM who is the final authority on all things, must give the absolute truth, in clear words, without any oratorical tomfoolery. Such frankness will not fail to win sympathetic support from people.
Our hon'ble PM has assumed that each CA who qualifies and is self employed would be good enough to immediately employ 20 persons under him, whereas the ground position is that to attain that level the fresh CA needs altleast 15-20 years though exceptions may be there. and mostly CA's work on strength of the Articles (students pursuing CA profession) which constitutes 80% to 100% of their work force. So this narrative is totally absurd!!

The only good thing that happened after this PM took over was that for about two years, the stock market went up. But that's in the past now, after the reality has sunk in, about the real competence of this govt
While counting the people who have been provided employment, one has to take into account also the employment lost by lakhs of people and self-employed people, unorganised sector and shop-keepers on account of Demonetization and GST effect. Moreover, due to demonetization lakhs of people have lost their employment due to the recession in the House/commercial building and infrastructure space. Is the Government ready to set up a commission to find out the employment scenario in India? Before doing a scientific study claiming of creation of employment based on data obtained from and there cannot be the actual achievement. V.K.Ramaswamy
Why poor should be interested to work and control their population, when they get free ration, free subsidies, free education, now free medical. None of the party is serious for unwanted population of India. Can congress assures us to do it.
