How much is spent on development?

What I would like to know id actually how much of the money collected by government is spent on salary and how much is spent on development?

misleading info. I think. They should consider the no. of people i.e. debt/no.of people so that we can get actual figures.

You see guys, no states in south India is affected with high debt rate. They have strict policies for farmers, taxation and growth. While this portion of India is growing other states are going backwards.

When salary, perqs. and pension(all DA linked) are not paid as per collection of revenue, this deficit condition will remain, development will always be slow,as major amount of taxes collected goes into establishment expenses only.
India is a very big country, as such could not convert like Greece, else we are aheading towards that only. Position of Center due to deficit financing is also like States.
Today biggest liability on each State and at Center is of payment of DA linked pension and medical expenses of all retiree, average age has gone by 20 years. It is cheating with tax payers and loot of tax payers money.

Not only pay of existing work force,bigger liability is to retiree DA linked pension and their medical bills whose number today is more than the working employees due to average age has gone by 20 years.
