GST has not killed the Tiruppur Industries. Tiruppur is a hub of Hosiery manufacturing. Ludhiana in Punjab too. Why GST has affected only Tiruppur and not Ludhiana. Ludhiana is still a flourishing city and the leader of Hosiery Export. This is a concocted story just to ridicule the GST. Analyze it from the business angle.

The Govt is Charging 18% GST for Khadi and Village industries. This should be 0% in my opinion.Further the Govt must carry out a survey to find out as to how many industries the GST has destroyed and set it right. This must be done in war footing. GST can be as low as 10% for all products except IMFL,Cigaretts other tobacco products,Fuel & Soft drinks.
