Mostly useless .By the time one fullfils all the formalities the person would have suffered enough and exited !

How one sick man or woman can meet the first class magistrate to get his will attested? I am not able to get the same when I am hale and healthy for getting a change of address for my share holding in Siemens Ltd.

It must be made common to all, we are 130 crore, many of us do not want to live in a shabby or inhuman situation due to health or otherwise reason. Better one should die and get rid of all pains, he suffers.
It is a big pity on the fellow as well as for his relatives.

Does a person have Right To Refuse To Eat Food, until death?
It was a favourite tact of Mahatma.
Jain religion allows it.
Constitution -under its current form, seems like a copy of English Constitution- seems to club all of it with Suicide.
Does a person have right to refuse pacemaker?
Does a person have Right to Ask the Court for Legal Advice, without having to pay for it- and get the advice in a time bound fashion?
