Indian tech professionals are called IT coolies. My humble advise to PM modi who I consider only person and best reformer, please stop this 3 months notice period. First it does not allow employees to switch companies, other companies dont hire with 3 months notice period, in democracy there is freedom of movement to choose your work place. Three months notice period is worst form of abuse in companies.

I am sure even this government is helpless and these corporate are very stronger and have ties with government. The only way you can scrap it is by filing petition in supreme court. However corrupt supreme court is the only body in world which has some spine.

This country India is meant for frauds. Look at all politicians. 99% are imposters who are in this field for business and self service. I should have tried to become MLA or small time ministers.

Second all the talks of IT getting redefine is hoax. PM Modi should intervene before things get out of control. First when dotcom boom came in 2003, IT was highest earning sector. Since 2005 the starting salary of IT fresher even in MNC companies remains same. 2.5 to 3 lakh per anum. Every year IT head and leaders meet and they mutually decide not to increase salary of fresher. Today from 2005 inflation have reached 7 times. A house costing 5 lakhs is now 35 lakhs. All prices have gone on roof. Slowly and steadily with 7th pay commission even a sweeper or clerk in government job gets 25,0000 plus benefits and it is more than IT fresher in MNC with high skills and selected from pool of 3000 students. First of all there is oversupply of manpower and less jobs. This will explode soon.

Second just like triple talaq, IT companies remove employees within same day without paying 3 months salary and they say resign now or we will give you termination letter after 3 months basic pay and have 3 months notice period. This three months notice period breaks every principle of corporate governance, integrity and morality. They block you. 8 out of 10 companies dont hire with 3 months notice period.

India is country of slaves. Even Iraq, syria and Afghanistan does not exploit employees the way Indian companies exploit. Even Pakistan is much better. Now say for java developer with 2 years of experience gets 4-5 lakhs. In south africa they give 20-25 lakhs. Even in Nigeria it is three times more with around same cost of living.

Indian salary for IT professional on average is lowest in world. Why this happened because there is no union. Even countries like New Zealand has union or body that protect employee rights in New Zealand. I want to expose all Indian IT companies to world. If Indian government does not act swiftly to punish these people. Modi you are worried about few hundred tripple talaq case, these IT companies exploit millions of people. They never suffer any losses but manipulate their profits by investing in real estate place as expenses.

Not only in IT, almost all fields these few handful of people manipulate, exploit, control government through crony capitalism. My advise to people, please dont go on these fancy articles. The same indian companies who operate in USA or foreign country have 15 days notice period and follow their rules. They know India is banana republic where government can be bought

India is a third world country and would remain third world country with such people at top. If Indian government does not act, I will expose them to world investors so that it hurts them...Please help

Gloomy Scenario-is it Real?

I run a startup. I have few requirements. I have placed ads for freshers at several job sites. Not getting enough takers. So how do you think, the job market is gloomy? I do not think people are desperate for jobs.

Nowadays a peon or junior asst in gov gets Rs 35,000, a gov lecturer gets Rs 1.5lak, a teacher 50K. Modi gov claims they are collecting a lot of taxes nowadays thru GST, income tax, etc. What all these collections for? To pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs who are good-for-nothing fellows?

I appreciate, Modi's initiatives on several fronts, but he is unable check the salaries of GovtMaadharChodhs.

Gov officials are laggards who seldom work but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. They spend 80% time eating paan and spitting on walls, talking about SexPoliticsAndNonsense, etc. They play cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr.

Only defense people should be paid high salaries, and salaries of all the GovtMaadharChodhs should be reduced.

Govt is collecting taxes from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector, to pay exorbitantly high salaries to 3% GovtMaadharChodhs.

In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 99% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.

Govt should stop revising the salaries of the GovtMaadharChodhs in future and divert that excess money for improving primary education, family planning incentives, and spreading English language among poor and farmers in villages who are often driven to commit suicide. Gov criminals should be paid only market average salaries.
