Dear country men, Please take this as an opportunity for all of us to get rid of our democracy which has given only following things to our society. 1) Neptoism,Gundaism,Linguistic society, reservation,corruption,hooglism, 2) Crony capitalism benefiting only baniyas. 3) People who have real talent is suffering because of dynasty politics in every business. Everyone tell than we are corporate governance, but finally they will show third class baniya culture. Dear people. Please support full heatedly to Chinese invasion. China should capture our country. We all become slaves of china for another 200yrs. But let me tell you, the talent people, honest people, hard working people will not suffer. In fact their life standard and condition will improve much better. But these baaaassssttttaaaarrrrddddssss baniyas, SC/ST, reservation demanding castes will go to stone age and live like third class citizens which they deserve.
The government can take many steps to improve job creation but is afraid of political fallout. Many suggestions have been given by experts like fixing the maximum tenure of governemnt employees(say 30 years service), lowering the retirement age of government employess, reducing the pay-package of government employeess(which in many cases is more than Rs.1.00 Lakhs per month) to employ more people without putting additional burden on the exchequer, taking mega infrastructure projects which are labor intensive etc. But this government hardly seems to be interested in these goals. They are more interested in winning state and panchayat elections.
1% of people are holding 73% of wealth. Means market is completely in the hands of these people. Break this monopoly and divide the market to lakhs of other people. problem solved.

In 2014,1% population was holding 62% of wealth. Now it is holding 73%.Means in the last three years, 11% wealth has moved from poor to the richest.
Strictly control population even if it is a democratic country as we are moving away from labour intensive thought as the industry is more becoming machine oriented, else this huge jobless population will result in a civil disorder.So sectors like, Health care that is hospitals, public service like police Army, Railways and education sector, which consumes more people for employment, and in turn drive the growth and smooth running of the economy & society. As this sectors are more labour intensive, we should use digital technology just to control the effectiveness of this sectors, whereas in the present situation, this sectors are managed on contract based schedule, which somehow involve corruption, as the contractor who wins the contract by influence doesn’t bother to provide service, So involves less labour recruitment and also less wage, So the quality of service also deteriorated in this sectors like railways, even if the consumer is ready to pay, So till we control the population we have to remove contractual jobs from the system, and also reduce the retirement age. And thus can successfully introduce retirement plans as the New generation will drive those plans, Thus a retired individual is not also a burden for the family and society and since the retirement is early.the youth gets the job also early as the vacancy comes up. And the economy moves on apart from other private sectors.which should reinvest the profit to generate the growth and employment.

Just make at least 1000 billionaires in our country to lakpatis. This will solve permanently all the problems of country.
Pea nut, we add 2 crore each year. Want national policy on population, all BPL, LIG, dalits, muslims must be brought under one child policy, till they are upgraded.
