Yes, the government will have to use its brute force to do away with the rights to organize and engage in collective bargaining that the working classes gained after centuries of exploitation before and after the Industrial Revolution.If the workers are reduced to a helpless state, the capitalists can have a field day, dictating their terms on matters like the length of working hours, wages,holidays, perquisites. In more ways than one, we are regressing in the ways in which we treat those who are forced to exchange their labour for wages.

Hire and fire urgently needed particularly in all govt. sector and its aided places, compensation for such act is already set in the law, but difficult to implement due to non practical approach framed to take any action in govt. working at least.
Maximum corruption in number is at grass root level, where no one works without bribe.
OK try for a character certificate from Magistrate, see yourself either get harassed or greece the palm.
Even upto today-Policeman used to take Rs.500 to Rs.1000 bribe for clearing individual passport.
