Mihir Sharma is right that an entire nation was sold the dummy. He could have also identified the print media - including Business Standard - as complicit. Sunil Jain wrote many an article "highlighting the scam (?) - that often appeared as if he was doing so at the behest of the existing players.
Are we to believe that no was involved in 2G, colgate and CWG multi lacs crore scam? Yes, CAG is not that fool who will go on writing that 1.6 alc crores have been lost due to lack of following rules Even D.Raja has pointed out his fingure to the then prime minister mononmohan singh for not taking appropriate steps inspite of his informations of irregularities. So, game is not yet over and we have to wait till govt goes to higher court for further proceedings.

Was Mr Mihir S Sharma not inIndia between 2010 to 2014 when 2G Scam unearthed? Or just because after trial court's brought him to sense that all false propaganda was spread? Even if trial court says that it was out of proportion mean things were not done as per rule? And trial court verdict is not the last wait for HC and SC giving there verdict. Does Mr Sharma mean SC cancelled the licenses merely on media reports, CAG report and Mr Subramaniam Swamy saying so? Really!

the reason was certainly not because there was scam...you can read the judgement as to the reason those licenses were cancelled and was it such a good and correct thing...
Can any one ever believe that Raja and his DMK were not involved in 2G scam.The amount may vary,but corruption was there in 2G and many other matters.But political scoundrals of India will help each other ,as they know it will be their turn,next time.Funds flowing to DMK sonsored businesses were from corruption and many congress leaders followed suit in many such scams.Now Chidambaram associates are facing problems,but we are sure that they also will escape.This paliamentary democracy is the villain.We must opt for a presidential system to lessen the gravity of corruption or else seek some other form of governance.Judiciary,here looks for loop holes to rescue culprits for their own sake.What a country!!!!!
But then........why did the CBI, controlled by the Modi govt, weaken the case against Raja and Kanimozhi by not presenting evidence in earnest (as the trial court judge observed himself) ?
Is it to extricate the big croxny capitalist - Anil Ambani (who is said to have paid a bribe of Rs 200 crores to Raja and Kalaignar TV via a series of shell companies he created for the purpose) ?
Is this the reason why the prosecution (Modi govt) has not appealed so far against the trial court verdict ?
And is this the reason why komaaaaali Modi went visiting Karunanidhi in an obvious effort at befriending the DMK (never mind the fact that it has been the sworn enemy of the BJP for long on ideological as well as political grounds) ?
Two birds with one stone for the komaaaaali ?
But.......the komaaaaali rode to a 31 % vote share (and 282 seats) in the 2014 LS election mainly on the plank of his pretence at being an incorruptible man and the argument that the UPA stank of big corruption due to the 2G scam !!!!

All political hooligans will unite to fight for corruption and it is INDIA.It was better we were under Rajas,instead of these new rajas.
No Doubt the Supporters of Corruption and the People like YOU have sold us the 2G 'scam. Everybody's supports Raja and Kanimoli are sold away the interest of the Country. One should be realise how the interest of the Country was mOrtgaged through several Scams China Border Issue by Nehru (Nehru’s family members exercise dictatorial control over the documents pertaining to this crucial period. Even documents in the National Archives are not available to scholars without permission from the Nehru-Gandhi family heirs. This is to protect his reputation from being damaged by the truth), Allahabad High Court Issue by Bofors issue by Rajiv Gandhi, Several Scams by Sonia Gandhi under the Shelter of Manmohanji, Now Rahul Gandhi is making efforts to sell away the Interest to Pakistan and China. We need to put an end to the Family Ruling and eradicate the Corruption,depending on others etc. No doubt we are having all resources naturally, dedicated and effective Man Power,infrastructure for Development. Only thing is to best use of all of them. Let us support Dedicated Hon'ble Prime Minister Modi Saab.
