Is this the reason why the prosecution (Modi govt) has not appealed so far against the trial court verdict ?

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE CONTENTS OF THIS ARTICLE. THE JUDGMENT OF THE SUPREME COURT CANCELLING 122 INCENSES COULD NOT BE WRONG. I AM SURE WHEN THE MATTER GOES TO THE HIGHER COURTS, THE LOWER COURT JUDGMENT WOULD BE OVERTURNED. UPA WAS A BLOT TO THE COUNTRY. SO MANY SCAMS HAPPENED DURING ITS TENURE OF 10 YEARS.
