India is not self reliant in hardware, software or data protection fronts. We don't even have necessary servers located in India. In such situation Private agencies where foreign investment is permitted are playing the game.  They want our entire data to create an East India Company situation and invade India when resistance by citizens and even a freedom struggle will be impossible.

A man can be tracked by his phone, his vehicle and face recognition electronically.  Using drones dissenters will be silenced permanently.

The survival of the fittest.
