Will Tata Motors' Vision 2020 become true?

I OWE TATA INDOGO ECS SINCE 2010. BIGGEST PROBEM WITH TATA IS SERVICE STATIONS. THEY ARE NOT SINCERE, NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND THEY TRY TO LOOT CUSTOMERS ...JUST LIKE DOCTORS. DOCTORS ARE FAMOUSE FOR LOOTING PATIENTS BY PRESCRIBING UNNCESSARY TREATMENTS/DIAGNOSIS METHODOLOGIES. THEY ARE INTO CUT-PRACTICE. DOCTORS DON'T EVEN CARE WHETHER PATIENT WILL BE ABLE TO AFFORD. SIMILARLY, TATA SERVICE STATIONS ARE LOOTING CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE PROBLEM WHICH DON'T EVEN PERSSISTS. FOR EXAMPLE, WASN MOTORS, DEONAR ASKED ME TO CHANGE FRONT SUSPENSION SYSTEM IN 2015. I HAD NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. THEY WILL UNNCESSARIELY PERFORM SERVICING OF SOME UNCRITICAL PART AND WILL CHARGE YOU. I HAD SPENT A LOT WHEN GOT SERVICE MY CAR FROM WASAN MOTORS AT DEONAR MUMBAI. TATA MUST LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. THEY ARE LOW ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOR A MATTER RELATED TO LEAKAGE OF ENGINE COOLENT, I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH TATA MANAGEMENT. TATA SERVICE STATIONS ARE NOT PERFORMING WELL AND TATA MUST IMPROVE THE SAME IF THEY WANT TO ACHIEVE THE SET TARGET FOR 2020. CUSTOMER IS WITH TATA PURELY BECAUSE OF THEIR LEGACY ....INDIAN PRODUCT. WE HOUNOUR TATA FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE NATION.
