Why not make a category of blind, physically handicapped, etc. for issuance of this card. After all the person needs to be identified. The card can have some different connotation for identification. Let us say, an old man who is not able to move from his bed. If the intentions are good, there are ways and means. We are not short of it.

Why not? He was delivered it at home. Multi billionaires are provided this service to avoid queues. If the stand in "Q", there would be a big crowd to see him rather than obtain the Aadhar.
After all aadhar is intended to supply our data to foreign linked private operators. That is why they joined the fray in the Apex Court canvassing for its enforcement. Aadhar is really an anti-national activity which will jeopardize our nation's freedom and integrity.

Sir, Even beggars are entitled to personal liberty, dignity, freedom and privacy. Scrap Aadhar and Save India
This exclusions are bound to happen given the large population of homeless, beggars, mentally challenged person etc.even these can be identified through institutions and certified NGOs.all these needs to be done is systematic and phased manner.it will take a long time but it will be worth the exercise. Just go ahead with the enumeration and inclusion you will succeed.they have done a great job.Acountry with a data base of its population will grow in the right direction and faster

Examples of death of denials are really painful and alarming. Narendra must include some appropriate fool proof provision to ensure that the right of survival of the Niraadhaar is suitably respected.
The system has to be more human than just digital.
