I suggest all AI employees to come forward and also have a option to buy shares on a cooperative basis so that a belongingness to the company borns within & introspect measures so that the company grows positively. If necessary should also think for curtailing of certain perks and rise to the occasion for bringing company liability free.
Good but it should be 50:50 so that balance remains equal. with 49% stake, with present govt. it may be OK but if govt. is changed, no one can predict India policy, as it changes with the govt. to govt. We are governed with Nehru Policy, later on Indira policy, later on mixed hate spreading policy, now Modi policy.
