The image is created that the business men and proffessionals are the ones reposnible for the frauds with Bank. I am seeing more such frauds and defaults surfacing. We have classic case of Telecom which the legal fraternity, the political class , the regulators etc., let the common public down. Nail the latter ones as they are the one responible for the public policy, ensuring governance, work bias free & favorism. Why let them scott free?

It is a million dollar question that how NiMo and Malvya escaped with these big scams and settled in foreign countries. Citizens should think about the root-cause where our systems are weak. Blaming the audit system or persons will not give result, only it is a political gimmic played by the respective parties. It seems we are very weak in immigration system the same should be changed from the root level and such operation should be done very confidentially and diplomatically, which are lacking a very sad thing. Home Department should focus on such issues well in advance.
At last after week of the scandal in news he opened his mouth blaming the audit system. It seems during this one week period, they may be looked for ways and means to blame and include the opposition.
1. Yes, Auditors were sloppy, even hand in glove, but what were the top brass of Bank doing? 2. What was the super auditor, RBI doing? 3. If RBI passed on the defaulter's list to MoF, what was MoF (read Sri.AJ), doing? 4. Forget about privatising PSBs, Has anyone kept track of private banks that had to be amalgamated into PSB because their management did them in, It is about 20 and has occurred throughout since 1969. 5. For heaven's sake, BJP and Congress and all other political parties: my sincere request is Stop pointing fingers at each other and scoring brownie points; This is our money these scamsters have scooted away with. So get it back to the last paisae. Attach more properties, blackmail them, but get it back!
