Retired a decade back, recently enquired whether Rotomac and Reynolds are still coming, answered yes for only Reynolds. Now I see this and only wonder how so much has been given for so little. Time for Jaitely, the 'Lay'wer to sincere take up all these cases in only one Court, SC not 10 layers in between, and arrive at decisions quickly. Hats of India, the motherland of immorals, injustice, inhumans, and sexual offenders.

Now we know why the NPA of Public Sector Bank have been rising. After all the money of the PSBs did not belong to any individual and was free for distribution. All PSBs should be privatized.

The able banks should tell how many pen making companies are there in India ?How many pen making companies have availed themselves of 800crors loan .The bank should openly tell the justification in the Loan evaluation and loan disbursal for these .What the banks have monitored?When was the first default occured ?"How much incoming money by cheque to the defaulter was there after the default.How much the banks released out of that?thatwould make the banking transparent.R.Ponnambalam

true...corruption increased manifold and police newspapers judiciary continually under pressure to accept whatever the govt says...besides not fulfilling the promise of lokpal,..bjp came to power riding on the lies of congress scams...court has declared there was no 2g scam...rajeev gandhi has also got clean chit from sweden chief of police lindstrom in bofors case...he was the same person who gave those documents to n ram and chitra subramanian because he was not making any headway in bofors case in sweden...it was annal hazare lokpal andolan which finally threw congress govt out of power and modi's bjp came to power...since then no talk from him of lokpal bill...kejriwal has passed the same from his side...but modi govt refuses to pass lokpal....refuse to do social audit...RTI which was made strong by Congress is losing tooth under modi with less staff less fund assigned to it...all in all modi bjp govt fooled indian public in just 4 years much more than congress rule of 60 years could fool indians...
Look for companies that went Public and do not hold annual General Body meetings and find out whether SEBI is knowing that or Not.Look for Companies where company goes public, then makes so many things(why spill it here)then one fine morning sends notice to some share holders without ever calling them for general body meeting,that their shares are returned.That is by offering very low share price while the company has grown from 15 crores to many hundred crores.It sends info. that they have got permission from court ;but have shown no permission from court as regards the specific name even when sought and asked to justify how the authority of money of share holder can be usurped by anybody and which court has allowed it.Registrar of companies if informed should find and tell the complainant/?Has he done it?India and your Private Sector!!
