Mallya ran away because Calcutta High Court cancelled the 'Wilful Defaulter ' notice on him few years back on technical grounds, otherwise things could not have been so bad. Our judicial system is responsible for lapses and delay.
actual in our country legal system is very difficult always help to protect accused that is why people can do such bad type work .always political party do politics never make law so strong that people never think to do such type work or rape .

Our Judicial system is the root cause of all these ills. They all know that it will take 50 years to reach the case tilll SC and then they will escape.
