Banks, few Pvt. Companies & Politician - have hands in this sort of Scams.

Politicians - have invested block money in Real Estate & Jewellery Industry and they will make lobby with Banks.

Govt & RBI should take up this very seriously and take action against them.

One more Vijay Mallya and many more to follow! India has become a haven for fraudsters who operate with the tacit support of some corrupt politicians and bureaucrats! The inefficiency of the government to bring back Vijay Mallya sends a wrong message to these rogues that they cannot be touched with a 10 foot bargepole!

Actually 90 percent of all Indians are corrupt. Including public/private sector, etc. Just that large number of them do not occupy positions which could enable them to be corrupt. But these people regularly evade taxes, claim fraudulent tax deductions (eg. education loans for non-existent children, etc), pay black money to buy houses, etc.

Since 90% of this country is inherently corrupt, this is what happens. No govt can end corruption if the people are themselves corrupt.

Correct! Those who hardly get a chance for corruption cry "wolf, wolf"! It is said that people get the government they deserve! What right we have got to expect that the politicians and judiciary should be above coruuption when the whole system is corupt?
