A Company having turover of 250 crore or less is chargeable to 25% tax and an Individual who having income less than 25 lacs chargeable @ 30% . insulting the common people

half truth .. 30% tax on income above 10 lakhs .. upto 25 lakhs total tax liability is 23% (taking into account exempt income upto 2.50 lalka and lower tax slabs upto 10 lanks

Dear Manish , What about Business Expense Deduction ? Can Salary Employees deduct household expenses and then pay the tax on savings ?
Corporate with T/O of 250 Crore Tax @ 25% ON NET PROFIT i.e. after deducting all legitimate expense But What about Common Man Employee Salary Chargeable @ 33% without any legitimate expense deduction .. Deductions given in Section 80 are not enough as on today.

Yes FM/PM is deliberately irritating middle class, barring them, they cannot dictate anyone. They are afraid of politicians and govt. servants who are looting public wealth, poor and kisan have never paid any tax, SC ST minority they cannot touch due to political compulsion. As such victims are only middle class. Minimum 5 lakhs should be taxable limit.
