High development in India means how many mobile phone sold and and how many internet connection.Period.Govt hospitals,schools,factory,farming,small scale industries,Infrastructure,Employment,Technology centres,Large industries,Hitech industries,High class universities,enough trains,good roads are only dreams we get from our leades.They only know to collect taxes but they should also start earning because spending others money is easy but earning will be challenge.Govt should stup international class education centres where whole world comes for study.Tourism need lot of support.Farming to be highly technical.Dependencies on rain for agriculture to be finished.I don't know how many things.
Most of the Railway Stations & saroundings are like a shit pot. Just appeal to the local people/businessmen of each city to help upgrade the stations,they will come forward and gladly donate money for it.
