Not just restless.
by chanakya maurya on Feb 02, 2018 12:56 PM

It is also tattered with tantrums.

Costly tantrums.

Not just for the taxpayers but tax collectors also.

The BJP is unduly antagonizing the electorate unduly.

70 yrs. is not undone by a single stroke
by R ponnabalam on Feb 02, 2018 12:53 PM

“You can’t make rural India suddenly feel so much better with Rs 1 trillion in a year”Nobody not just this P.M.Modi can make any Indian suddenly feel better. The ex.V.P. Hamid Ansari had in the inaugural address at the 9th National Conference of the Indian Association of Lawyers said”Where do we stand on the ladder of equity? This is a question that citizens of the republic can ask the state after 70 years of legislating welfare laws and adjudicating measures to deliver social justice.""The ground reality is dismal."The recent research paper by Thomas Piketty and Lucas Chancel renowned economists web site WID.world said The income share of India’s top 1% rose from approximately 6% in 1882 -1883 to above 10% a decade later and then to 15% in 2000 and further still around by 23% by 2014. The national income share of bottom 50% -approximately 390 millions adults was just two thirds of the share of the 1% consisting of just 7.8 million people. No way !But take heart that report said Over 1950-1980(the period of Govt.Control) the BOTTOM 50% of Indians CAPTURED 28% of the total growth and the income of this group grew faster than the average and the top 0.1%incomes decreased. But unfortunately this BJP Govt. is also in the thrall of market economy as was our Govt. From 1980 to 2014.Nothing had even undo the failings of 30yrs at on stroke R.Ponnambalam

The Poor was never in recognition
by R ponnabalam on Feb 02, 2018 12:35 PM

No poor man’s imagination is fired by the country having practices or policies of the mien of “ seeming to hurt the rich.”,The poor thinks that the is in flames when he sees reports of some corporate telling that they have a loan of Rs44000 crores or as he sees the the yesterday’s report in this site telling that Claims worth Rs 3.13 lakh cr are under insolvency proceedings and three corporates under such proceedings have Rs 55,989 crore, Rs 50,778 crore and Rs 51,505 unrecovered loans. The Poor man wonders how these loans could have been extended and on what rationale and would it ever come out.The poor man is not believing any Govt. The RICH are in both side of the fence. They take care of their wealth agreeingly shouting at each other for the show .Common Poor! nobody ever took care of you. That continuesR.Ponnambalam

Do not bother, if bad loan with rich exists, ultimately it has been used for employment and development, provided not sent outside or personal wealth is not created.
It is equal to waiver of farmers loan, subsidies, and expenditure on unproductive Heads.
Even DA linked pension to govt. servants, MANREGA and old age pensions are like that only.

GOOD.Let personal wealth be checked and correctly spelt out.Let all the properties registered after the loan in their original names and proxies name be told in the Public. If that had been coming regularly nobody would doubt anything Has the Govt. the wherewithal to bring out facts overtaking all objections from the Rich. The Govt. is not recovering rivulets closed and taken over by one and all not just the Rich.Let us bring out employment opportunities created by these three Steel plants with that of the First three Steel Plants India made and income earning dispersal.Loan waiver to farmers. This industry needs a thorough study. The employees in this sector work for 4 to 5hrs , claim 8hrs pay.Nowadays availability of labour for farm work is dwindling. Can the Govt. allow price fixation by farmers for their produce as Industries fix?.Let the Govt. come out with correctives for farm loan ,loan waiver etc .Let the Govt. have the boldness to treat it's employees as is the pvt. sector does. Why it is not doing?I am not from Govt.. Sector. But I heard that nowadays pension is not in the scheme of things. As a first step let the Govt. stop pension to those who are caught in corrupt cases.THE RICH HAVE MADE THEMSELVES RICH,THE NATION THE POORER after the privatization as had been brought out by a recent research paper by foreign economists R.Ponnambalam

When such mammoth loans of Public money(bank Money)is given to a few corporates there should be no chance of deviation allowed from the planned .Timely correction at the allowed deviations at the appropriate times should have been done perfetctly correctly. It is not the money of the banker who gave the loan, neither of the people who got it.The Public money should not be allowed to be misused at all. There should be be no leniency at all in this .We are a country where MPS Local Development funds operate.Does anybody from any party talk of it?That is why ,I think we are lagers R.Ponnambalam

If memory doesn't fail me I remember the investments in Steel plants in late 1950s were in the range of above 300croresnot tiouching 400 crores. If we take by PPP it should be say approximately 100 times more. But it is 55989 croes. In 1950s everything was imported with F.Exchange.Today it is not so.The country had expertise in the Technology. The Govts' had been a big let down in controlling all these.the PITy!The opposition had never taken the Govt. of the day to task in these matters.R.Ponnambalam

2019 BJP chances very remote
by raju on Feb 02, 2018 11:32 AM

Modi may not be the PM of India in 2019. This budget has paved way for it. Modi has not done anything as what he promised in 2014. People started loosing confidence and in fact they losse patience hearing Modi's Jumla Bashans.

We do not want anything free. But we also say DO NOT take everything from our pocket. They said they have laid roads, but for every road they collect tolls. They have enjoyed approx. 3 Lakh Crores in Fuels.
