Many measures are good but could have been implemented a year or two ago. These moves are exactly like the Karnataka Govt repairing pavements and concreting roads about 3 months before elections. That way the BJP and Congress are one and the same in governance, corruption, underhand dealings , mixed with some development.
All articles in this site are negative. Be it about any individual like kohli or modi . If you go on to read 90% articles they deplore individuals or people in power which creates a serious doubt about the intension of articles. Everyone is saying this budget is gud for poor provided govt. Fulfils wt it promises but people like to think you are above ever one else . I m nota modi supporter but so much negativity u create is a issue of concern
I am far from being an expert in finance or economics or governance.
But purely from a common sense angle, I have some comments.
I feel that this article has some valid criticism (not doing enough post mortem of past ideas and past plans) but then, the correct place to do such a post mortem is not the Budget. The post mortem should have happened before the Budget, and it should have then provided valuable lessons and direction to the Budget.
