There needs to be an equilibrium. In case Tax officers take a high handed approach or enforce assessments, then wrong assessments and high handed approach by Income tax officers should be penalised and the penalty passed on to the assessee
has been stealing massively from the exchequer to fund its lakhs of foot soldiers, media blitzkriegs, massive rallies with lakhs of people brought in buses, social media campaigns, etc !
And, led by komaaaaali Modi, they have been doing this almost without break for several years even when there are no elections to be fought !
The BJP has left the Congress party (erstwhile kings of black money funded election campaigns) far behind in terms of the quantum of public wealth stolen to fuel their propaganda and election campaigns !
And they have 2 main ruses to try and divert the attention of gullible commoners from their big acts of corruption, viz, 1) Keep loudly chanting hyndu.....muxlim....hyndu.....muxlim..... and 2) Talk loudly and continuously (accompanied by laboured stage theatrics by komaaaali Modi) about tackling corruption !
