This is unfortunate. Is India sort of professional with clean and undoubted credential? Why do we require a professional, who can not maintain a undoubted clean image! What is shareholder say? If she has morale, she must not join.

If she has any moral value, she should wait till the investigation aginst her is over. However there is no doubt whatsoever, that her husband has misused her position and power to his great advantage and this can not be possible without blessings from Chanda kochar as ICICI head.
