Yes in a country like India rich- politician,biz fraudsters and goons are only the qualified individuals to lead life.Rest other do have even the right to a dignified life but the days are not far off when this country will see the uprising.
our law is defective, actually it is left leaning, considering everyone corrupt. When we cannot hand even the corrupt politicians and others, why not make them house arrest only at their cost. Let their business continue without their individual financial power under govt. supervision, so that employment is not affected, taxes by way of GST and others not affected, and the fellow can take decisions to sell his assets to pay the money back under strict supervision. We do not admire the present legal system applicable to businessman or industry.
They grow with public money, have scant respect to ethics, they corrupt all levels and live on public money. They are garbage and shameless characters.
