she has absolutely no moral right to accept any directorship in any of ICICI group companies or subsidiaries till she come out clean in an inquirtry against her. Her case is crystal clear and clearly show her misuse of her position and powerto help her husband and give him undue advantage. Most probably she is on her way out from ICICI.

Prima facie it show that her husband has taken an advantage of her position, power and influence for his business benefit and advantage. I think she should resign as MD of ICICI on moral grounds even before the result of an inquiry against her.
