During UPA era, the real estate projects had huge disproportionate investments from BLACK MONEY sources. This caused inflated prices and development of projects beyond needs. It is estimated that urban housing development has created accommodation that can meet requirements till 2030!!!
Now, with serious constraints in buying property with black money, the market has been deflated!!!
Yes there is significant development in rural housing projects particularly for poor.

Hee...hee....you are right in part !

Now, all the black money has been routed to select cronies such as Gautam Adani and Anil Ambani through means such as round tripping from overseas tax havens (ever heard of round tripping ?) and diversion of big projects such as the Rafale deal from the public sector to Ambani and enacting of law using the BJPs majority in parliament to exempt political parties from disclosing the quantum of *donations* (kickbacks ?) they receive and the identity of the donors and also placing political parties beyond the reach of the provisions of the RTI !!

In sum, big thieves (Congress party) have been replaced by gigantic thieves (BJP) !

And.....you are rather very silent about the huge advantage komaaaaali Modi started off with - crude prices around 45 USD per barrel against the 100 plus USD per barrel that much of UPA II had to live with !!

Is there any point in fudging audited figures of past years ???
by Nalin Kishore on Aug 20, 2018 02:20 PM

This has become a fashion these days to start quoting modified figures of past years. It only shows that the figures shown then were false and a pack of lies. Utterly shameful state of affairs.
