when reporters ply fake news - that is encouraging free speech
when a corporate defends legally - that is curbing free speech

The author is talking nonsense.You will be worried stiff if there are videos that your product contains plastic and you will do your best to remove them from the net. If there are disgusting videos of the author and his family on the net will that also be covered under free speech?
