As govt. brought Indira Vikas Patra to get maximum currency in circulation with decency, Modi govt. must bring such scheme at lower rate of interest say 5-6% with 10 years lock in to give chance to people to take such bond against cash for unlimited amount.This will bring majority of black money out of people and instead of getting one time benefit, govt. will save that money in interest rate instead of creating tax terror.
