If a complaint has been filed but no reply has been received for long time what the procedure is required to be adopted? In spite of their own views, if the verdict goes against and sending them reminders, no response is received then to whom to be approached?

Main brokers and their associates are supposed to follow certain guidelines. A broker cant trade on clients behalf. even if he does he gets trade confirmation through sms and mail. the client has to check his sms and email. if he finds anything wrong he can ask his broker to stop trading. even he does not then he can complaint to sebi. the fine is rs5000 for the first time and it goes on increasing to 5 lacs ultimately the clients terminal i suspended. options are safer bet than futures. if a person has done in options then the loses are limited. futures are risky and entails much margin. now almost all clients are doing online
