To Reform & Develop India, hang 1.1 lac criminals / yr for 10 yrs
Just like credit rating, there should be criminality rating for each state. Quotas of criminals who should be shot should be set for each state according to its population.
All rapists, robbers, mobile phone-snatches, laptop-snatches, chain snatches, corrupt gov officials (who amass over Rs 1 cr), etc should be shot.
It should be made mandatory to hang or shoot 110,000 criminals pan-India every yr (80,000 North Indians, 20,000 South Indians, 10000 East Indians). Every day, at least 70 criminals (25,000 per yr including Jats, Yadavs, Gujjars, IzlamicCriminals, etc) should be hanged in Delh-NCR (including Noida and Ghaziabad) and Haryana every day. Then nationwide, 25 politicians (including present and former MLAs, MPs, etc and their sons) should be shot every day.
Remove criminals, backed by money power, muscle power and political power, like JatMaadharChodhs (JMCs), YadavMaadharChodhs (YMCs), GujjarMaadharChodhs (GMCs), PatidarMaadharChodhs (PMCs), Modis, Kapus, Jaiswals, etc from OBC and reduce total reservns to 40% (SC 15%, ST 5%, MBC [Most Backward Castes] 15%, FCs in BPL 5%), leaving 60% for merit.
Conduct quarterly English-tests which every reserved candidate must take at least twice a year and score min to avail reservation benefits. If reserved gov employees fail in the test, they will get a decrement of Rs 1000 /yr (or lose increments), students will not move to higher class.

3rd and 4th fronts disintegrating is a big reality.
simply wishing BJP will crash down to two digit seats is not going to happen. all parties have their own strong pockets and that will give them sizable numbers.
people are not fools to vote for some regional parties to head the central government.
it is either BJP or Congress that needs to be put in power, not regional parties.

That's over. Present govt has come to power promising to clean up the mess of the previous govt. What has it done? Where is the black money? How much has been recovered? How many have been caught fleeing? What about 15 lakhs into each ones account?
Ok forget 15 lakhs deposit from govt, why am I not able to withdraw my own hard earned pennies from ATM?
Where are the Jobs? job creation is the lowest in decades. What about Fuel prices? What about investments? Modi claimed 75 billion dollar investment from Abu dhabi alone. Where is it?
What about Doklam? Govt bluffed away the problem and said it has been sorted out. Now we see that China has built a full fledged military base, pushing away Indian Army literally.
What about Pakistan? They are slaughtering our Army in their own camps. Shame Shame on this govt. Sheer incompetence.

And he has used the diversionary tools of loud chants of hyndu.....muxlim....hyndu.....muxlim.....nationalism....patriotism....culture......hyndu.....muxlim..... and the ultimate na kha...na khane... very effectively with his loud grating voice and stage theatrics to fool a large enough segment of the worlds stuxpidest people - North Indian commoners !!
Such has been the gravity of the massive loot of public wealth under Modi that even some of those stuxpid North Indians have begun to sense that matters are not really what they thought they were !
If such realisation leads to komaaaaali Modi losing a single party majority for the BJP in 2019 despite the absence of a credible enough opposition (the komaaaaali has been immensely lucky not to have anyone better than the dynasty clown, Rahul Gandhi, leading the Congress party) and he ends up as the head of a coalition govt in which he would be dependent on allies for survival, he would soon find out that looting public wealth in such massive proportions is no longer so easy !

Elections in India are like that. its just gambling away one's future to politicians, bureaucrats and scums.
Remember, we are a nation of incompetents. None of our graduates are employable in any jobs. that includes engineers, doctors, MBAs etc... we as citizens never took initiative and contributed anything. so this is the punishment we deserve for our own corrupt behaviour.
