Labour reforms move a step ahead; outsiders can now become TU leaders

In India, like politics Trade Union has become a business without huge investment or bank loan. What one requires, some handful goondas and initial some amount mostly financed and supported by some political parties. They are just fooling the workers and making them to pay monthly installments.

Outsiders were trade union leaders earlier also. In the sixties, when I was in Jamshedpur, the trade union of a Factory was controlled by a Doctor. He use to come to factory, do gate meetings, discuss matters with employers regarding bonus for the workers etc., He had a mass support of employees.

Left parties and all others played the role only in organised sector and pushed the country at extortion point, whereas condition of un-organised sector is highly miserable.
Labour Deptt. takes bribe from each SME, and overlook all labour laws, whereas in organised sector, all avail leaves, medical and other facilities like Maharajas particularly in govt. deptt.
