Airtel does not care about postpaid customers too. I had to pay multiple visits to their stores, call & write repeated emails to their customer care etc. for getting my postpaid connection converted to prepaid connection. It took me almost 2 months to ultimately get what I wanted. No wonder the financials for airtel is there to see for everyone!
Airtel does not care about prepaid customers. It has been 2 years since I complained about weak signals but it did not cared. All the subscribers in our building complained but it fell into deaf years. many ported out from airtel, including me.They asked me to take permission for tower, why I should do this when I have other options, it is their responsibility to take care of their customers. Add to that when my wife went to their office to lodge a complaint and change the sim, they took her Aadhar card copy fingerprints and immorally diverted the gas subsidies to their account. Any company, no matter how big it is, if it starts neglecting its customers, it will face doom. Now, this exactly what is happening with Airtel, it neglected its customers and was involved in immoral practice of opening a mobile bank account without the knowledge and consent of the customer. Anybody with airtel connection visits my house have to face this problem. With repeated complaints for the past two years, their only response is we will resolve your issue within a week and that week never came. The companies like Airtel, who do not care about their customers and who immorally loot the public money, should not exist.
